Hesap ve Veri Silme

Bu sayfa, HegionSoft tarafından geliştirilen Spark uygulamasının hesap ve veri silme talimatlarını içerir.

1. Uygulama içinden (önerilen, anında)

Spark uygulamasını aç.
Profil sekmesine git, sağ üstteki dişli ikonuna (Ayarlar) dokun.
Hesap bölümünde "Hesabı Sil"a dokun ve onayla.

Onayladığın anda hesabın ve ilişkili tüm verilerin sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

2. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabının kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden info@hegionsoft.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konu başlığıyla yaz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alır ve hesabını sileriz.

3. Silinen veriler

Hesap bilgilerin (e-posta, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı)
Tüm paylaşımların (fotoğraf/metin/ses)
Beğenilerin ve yorumların
Arkadaşlık bağlantıların ve istekleri
Bildirim/cihaz kimliğin (FCM token)
Gün serisi ve diğer kullanım istatistiklerin

4. Saklanan veriler / istisnalar

Apple/Google/RevenueCat üzerinden yaptığın abonelik/satın alma kayıtları, bu platformların kendi muhasebe ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri gereği bizim dışımızda ayrıca tutulabilir. Bu kayıtlara erişimimiz ya da bunları silme yetkimiz yoktur — ilgili mağaza hesabından (App Store/Google Play) yönetilmesi gerekir.

Account and Data Deletion

This page contains account and data deletion instructions for Spark, developed by HegionSoft.

1. From within the app (recommended, immediate)

Open the Spark app.
Go to the Profile tab, tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
Under Account, tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

As soon as you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our servers. This cannot be undone.

2. If you can't access the app

Email info@hegionsoft.com from your account's registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request and delete your account within 30 days.

3. Data that gets deleted

Your account info (email, username, profile photo)
All your submissions (photo/text/audio)
Your likes and comments
Your friend connections and requests
Your notification/device identifier (FCM token)
Your streak and other usage statistics

4. Data retained / exceptions

Subscription/purchase records made through Apple/Google/RevenueCat may be retained separately by those platforms under their own accounting and legal retention obligations. We have no access to, or authority to delete, those records — they must be managed through the relevant store account (App Store/Google Play).
