Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, HegionSoft markasıyla Harun Burak Çoban (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilen PUZZMACA oyununu (“Uygulama”) kullanmanı düzenler. Uygulamayı yükleyerek ya da kullanarak bu şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Lisans

Sana Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, kendi cihazlarında kullanman için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislikle kaynak koduna dönüştüremez, hile/bot/otomasyon yazılımı ile kullanamaz, başkasına satamaz ya da kiralayamazsın.

2. Hesap ve yaş

Uygulamayı misafir olarak ya da Google/Apple hesabınla kullanabilirsin. PUZZMACA 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını ve verilerini istediğin an uygulama içinden silebilirsin (Hesabını Silme).

3. Sanal ürünler (coin, joker, görünümler)

Oyundaki coin, joker, açılan bölümler ve çark görünümleri yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan sanal ürünlerdir; gerçek para değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, başka bir oyuncuya devredilemez. Bunlar lisans verdiğimiz bir hizmettir, mülkiyet hakkı doğurmaz. Hesabın silinirse ya da bu şartlara aykırı kullanım nedeniyle kapatılırsa kaybolabilirler.

4. Satın alımlar

Uygulama içi satın alımlar (coin paketleri, Başlangıç Paketi, Reklamsız) Google Play ya da Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır; ödeme, fatura, vergi ve iade süreçleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir ve ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Fiyatlar satın alma anında mağazada gösterilir. Satın alımlar abonelik değildir, otomatik yenilenmez. “Reklamsız” ve “Başlangıç Paketi” kalıcı satın alımlardır; Ayarlar'daki “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile aynı mağaza hesabına yeniden yüklenebilir. Coin paketleri tüketilir ve geri yüklenmez. Dijital içeriğin satın alma anında hemen kullanıma sunulması nedeniyle yasal cayma hakkı sınırlı olabilir; iade talepleri için Google Play veya App Store'un iade yollarını kullanabilirsin. Kanundan doğan tüketici hakların saklıdır.

5. Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla ödüllü ve geçiş reklamları gösterebilir. Reklamların nasıl ve hangi verilerle gösterildiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır. “Reklamsız” satın alımı tablo arası reklamları kaldırır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar etkilenmez.

6. İçerik

Oyundaki tablolar telif süresi dolmuş kamu malı eserlerdir. Uygulamanın arayüzü, kodu, bulmaca kurguları, metinleri ve tasarımı bize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Gönderdiğin geri bildirimleri bedelsiz kullanabiliriz.

7. Hizmetin sunumu

Uygulamayı ve bulut kaydı gibi özellikleri “olduğu gibi” sunarız; kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ücretsiz/ücretli ürünlerin içeriğini güncelleyebilir veya hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, veri veya sanal ürün kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, kanunen sınırlandırılamayacak sorumlulukları ve tüketici haklarını etkilemez.

9. Apple cihazlarında (iOS)

iOS'ta Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir. Bu şartlarla EULA arasında çelişki olursa iOS'ta EULA önceliklidir. Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir; bakım, destek ve garanti yükümlülüğü bizdedir, ancak EULA'da belirtilen şekilde Apple sana karşı üçüncü taraf lehtar sıfatını taşır.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak, bulunduğun yerdeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden yararlanmaya devam edersin.

11. İletişim ve değişiklikler

Sorular için: info@hegionsoft.com. Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PUZZMACA game (the “App”) developed by Harun Burak Çoban under the HegionSoft brand (“we”). By installing or using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, use cheats, bots or automation, sell or rent the App.

2. Account and age

You can use the App as a guest or with your Google/Apple account. PUZZMACA is not directed at children under 13. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app (Delete Your Account).

3. Virtual items (coins, jokers, styles)

Coins, jokers, unlocked chapters and wheel styles are virtual items usable only in the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player. They are a service we license to you and do not give you ownership. They may be lost if your account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases (coin packs, Starter Pack, Ad-free) are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store; payment, billing, taxes and refunds follow that store's rules, and we never see your payment details. Prices are shown in the store at purchase time. Purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. “Ad-free” and “Starter Pack” are permanent purchases and can be restored to the same store account with “Restore purchases” in Settings. Coin packs are consumed and are not restored. Because digital content is made available immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal may be limited; for refunds, use the refund options of Google Play or the App Store. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Ads

The App may show rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. How ads are served and which data is used is described in the Privacy Policy. The “Ad-free” purchase removes the ads between paintings; optional rewarded ads are not affected.

6. Content

The paintings in the game are public domain works. The App's interface, code, puzzle design, texts and artwork belong to us and are protected by copyright. We may use feedback you send us free of charge.

7. Providing the service

We provide the App and features such as cloud save “as is” and do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, update the content of free and paid items or discontinue the service; we announce significant changes in the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or virtual items arising from use of the App. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your consumer rights.

9. On Apple devices (iOS)

On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If these terms conflict with the EULA, the EULA prevails on iOS. Apple is not a party to this agreement; maintenance, support and warranty obligations rest with us, although Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the EULA as stated in it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep the benefit of mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence.

11. Contact and changes

Questions: info@hegionsoft.com. We may update these terms; we announce significant changes in the app and the date above changes. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
