PUZZMACAHesabını Silme

PUZZMACA hesabını ve buluttaki oyun verilerini istediğin an kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz.
1. Uygulama içinden silme
- PUZZMACA'yı aç ve sağ üstteki dişli simgesine (Ayarlar) dokun.
- Hesap bölümünde Hesabı sil'e dokun.
- Onayla. Hesabın ve buluttaki oyun ilerlemen anında kalıcı olarak silinir.
2. Silinen veriler
- Hesap kaydın: e-posta adresin, adın ve giriş yöntemin
- Buluttaki oyun ilerlemen: çözdüğün tablolar, yıldızların, coinlerin, jokerlerin, seviyen, başarımların ve ayarların
- Cihazındaki oyun kaydı da silme sonrasında temizlenir
Misafir olarak oynadıysan bizde senin adına bir hesap ya da veri yoktur; ilerlemen yalnızca cihazındadır. Uygulamayı silmen yeterlidir.
3. Saklanabilecek sınırlı kayıtlar
Kimlik doğrulama hizmetinin güvenlik amacıyla tuttuğu teknik kayıtlar (örneğin giriş zamanı) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir. Bu kayıtlar oyun içinde kullanılmaz.
4. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Telefonunu değiştirdiysen ya da giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden info@hegionsoft.com adresine "PUZZMACA hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.
Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PUZZMACA account and your game data in the cloud at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
1. Delete from within the app
- Open PUZZMACA and tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and your game progress in the cloud are deleted permanently and immediately.
2. Data that is deleted
- Your account record: email address, name and sign-in method
- Your game progress in the cloud: solved paintings, stars, coins, jokers, level, achievements and settings
- The game save on your device is also cleared after deletion
If you played as a guest, we hold no account or data about you; your progress exists only on your device. Uninstalling the app is enough.
3. Limited records that may be kept
Technical records that the authentication service keeps for security (for example sign-in time) may be retained for the period required by applicable law. These records are never used in the game.
4. If you can't access the app
If you changed your phone or cannot sign in, send an email with the subject "PUZZMACA account deletion request" from the email address linked to your account to info@hegionsoft.com. We process requests within 30 days at the latest.
