Android Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you, the person using the Android version of the Amerikano app (“you”), and Harun Burak Çoban (trading as Hegion Soft, “we”). By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

This English version is a translation of the Turkish Terms. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

Amerikano offers single-player, same-device multiplayer and online card game features. The app involves no real-money betting, gambling or prizes that can be exchanged for cash.

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the app on compatible Android devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is licensed, not sold.

• You can continue as a guest with an anonymous account, or with email/password or your Google account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of the information you provide and access to your device.
• Your unique username may be visible to others; you may not use names that are misleading, suggest you are staff or part of the Amerikano team, infringe others’ rights or are inappropriate.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app with “Delete my account” at the bottom of Settings or by web request.

You may not:

• Use cheats, unauthorized automation, exploits or methods that disrupt fair play;
• Harass or impersonate other players or infringe their rights;
• Attempt to harm or gain unauthorized access to the servers, the app or other users’ devices;
• Copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the app, except where applicable law permits;
• Use the app for unlawful purposes, commercial betting or gambling.

To protect security, the service or other users, we may remove content and usernames that violate these Terms and suspend online access or the account.

Online features depend on internet and server services. We may change, limit or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, network problems or product changes. While we make reasonable efforts, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

The app is free and shows ads on some screens. A one-time “Play ad-free” purchase permanently turns off banner and interstitial ads. Payment is taken through Google Play; price, taxes, refunds and cancellation are subject to Google Play’s terms. The purchase is tied to your store account and can be re-enabled on another device with the same Google account using “Restore purchases”. The purchase gives no in-game advantage, currency or reward other than ad-free use.

The Amerikano name, app design, original content, software and service rights belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are subject to their own licenses. These Terms do not grant ownership of any trademarks or content.

Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This does not exclude liability for negligence, intent or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You can end this agreement by stopping use of the app and deleting your account. If you violate these Terms or endanger the security of the service, we may suspend or terminate your access. Provisions on intellectual property and liability that by their nature should survive remain in effect after termination.

Subject to mandatory consumer provisions and rights you cannot waive in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable consumer complaint channels and competent authorities may be used for disputes.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. For significant changes we update the date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Questions can be sent to info@hegionsoft.com.
